This wonderful, PRIVATE room that is double the size of any normal room. Has a double bed, closet space, desk, AIR CONDITIONER, and extra space to fit your every need.

The room also has a BALCONY, great light, and is comfortable and welcoming. This spacious room is ideal for any single person or couple or friends, who desire a place to work, relax, study, and of course enjoy the perks of our one of a kind home.

Rental price is for ONE person that includes ALL EXPENSES (water, propane, electricity, ABL) and we offer free high speed WIFI. The room comes with sheets and towels. If you are staying for long-term, you will have access to a DISCOUNT fare.

With a 100% new semi-shared bathroom just 2 steps away from the room.

The room has a large bureau for clothes and books, a desk and chair, bed table


The room was renovated with: new curtains + walls painted + new light. So the person who will move to this room: will have all new thing to enjoy, including the bathroom near by.

example with the 2 beds. We had friends traveling together and they satyed for 6 month. Also we had a couple before that lived here for a year. Please choose it because of the privacy and the affordable price they

Baño antiguo precioso... y rico...

Y... que mas lindo que un baño espacioso, luminoso, calentito cuando hace frió y fresco cuando hace calor.



Garras doradas de águila sostienen la antiquísima bañera, elegante, sofisticada, pareciera que olvido su pasado ( tirada en una terraza, mitad maceta y mitad cucha de gato) Ahora se reluce y brilla y da todo lo mejor para los mejores y mas calentitas duchas o baños... precioso!!!






Mas detalles caen ante la pupila curiosa .... alguien dijo una vez.... NOOOO ESE ESPEJO ES UNA PORQUERÍA.. LO TIRO A LA BASURA. Pobre espejo, estaba roto y viejo... nadie lo quería.

Solo necesitaba un poco de paciencia, amor y un retoque de reciclado. Así que mis pequeñas manos dejaron que el espejo guiara hasta donde quería llegar... y llego hasta nuestro baño... una obra de arte ;) Ahora es el señor espejo provenzal, de 4 piezas, lamentablemente solo dos piezas son originales, un espejo vicelado y el marco que he reciclado los otros espejos no se han podido vicelar debido al costo del mismo ... pero es una preciosura y da gusto reflejarce en el. Estamos hablando de un señor de 1 metro y 80 centímetros ;)

This beautiful room is very unique, It has a fresh bright balcony with view to the " vida portena"  and a beautiful outside view with a Fresno Americano Three.

High cellings and antique chandellier bring a comfortable light and a good feeling of space.

Each detail in this room was worked to make it special and to provide comfort, light, joy and relax.
